What is the Home Maintenance Line?

The Home Maintenance Line is the official Home Maintenance Partner to your gated community.

Residents contact us for all their home maintenance needs. We then connect residents with the right Pros for the job and assist further by scheduling the work for a time and date that is most convenient.

When can I use the service?

The Home Maintenance Line service is available free of charge, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via your estate Community Portal or by calling 0860 004 004.

Is it free?

Residents: The Maintenance Line service is available completely free of charge to residents. Residents are however fully liable for all service provider costs.

Pros: There is no joining fee or annual fee, Pro’s only pay a fixed fee for service requests accepted.

Can't find a service?

The Home Maintenance Line offers more than 30 different home maintenance service types. Non home maintenance related services (e.g. airport transfers) are not offered, but if you have further questions, please feel free to call the team on 0860 004 004 or email us on info@hmline.co.za
